'Beer Pong' with the care home residents

Spending the day in a care home with Bailey Greetham-Clark, Founder of Be Great Fitness, was truly inspiring and full of laughs! From movement exercises to a game of “beer pong,” residents were super engaged and clearly having loads of fun.
